Get a stylus pick.
A stylus pick has a coned head. When you use too much pick, the string gets caught and you can’t push through the string.
It’s one of the more frustrating things I’ve ever tried, but it really helps you see just how inaccurate your picking hand can be.

Then use it to make your picking hand WAY more disciplined and accurate.
