Do you ever feel like you spend a lot of time practicing but the results don’t seem to follow?

Do you feel like you should be better because you’ve put in hours and hours of practicing?

If that’s the case, you may need to change the way you think about practicing.

Specifically, you need to assess how efficiently and effectively you practice.

I can get a lot accomplished in 10 minutes. In fact, I get can more accomplished in 10 minutes now than I used to be able to accomplish in an hour when I practiced like a zombie.

I literally wasted hours or my life practicing ineffectively and inefficiently.

Change the way you practice and results will follow (assuming you’re practicing the right material).

You may also be able to reduce the amount of time you spend practicing.
